I found out by reading this book:&lt;o:p&gt;&lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;    &lt;p  class="MsoNormal" style="font-family:lucida grande;"&gt;&lt;span style=""&gt;&lt;span style="font-style: italic;"&gt;Excitotoxins The Taste that Kills&lt;/span&gt; by Russell L Blaylock, M.D.&lt;o:p&gt;&lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;    &lt;p  class="MsoNormal" style="font-family:lucida grande;"&gt;&lt;span style=""&gt;And he is a neurosurgeon. He recommends that everyone take about 250 mg Magnesium every day. Especially since there are almost no side affects if you take a normal dose of Magnesium. Possibly a little diarrhea if you take too much.&lt;o:p&gt;&lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;    &lt;p  class="MsoNormal" style="font-family:lucida grande;"&gt;&lt;span style=""&gt;A few of the many other things that Magnesium will improve are asthma, migraines, blood pressure, diabetes (carbohydrate metabolism), cardiovascular disease, osteoporosis (calcium).&lt;o:p&gt;&lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;    &lt;p  class="MsoNormal" style="font-family:lucida grande;"&gt;&lt;span style=""&gt;So if you don't already take Magnesium supplement start as soon as you can.&lt;o:p&gt;&lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;    &lt;p  class="MsoNormal" style="font-family:lucida grande;"&gt;&lt;span style=""&gt;I’ll be posting more topics, always trying to provide you information you don’t already know about.
