Why you must take magnesium every day.

You probably already know that Magnesium is a mineral that you should supplement. But did you know that you should take Magnesium to protect yourself from neurological conditions such as:

Alzheimer's, autism, seizures, headaches, strokes, brain injury, subarachnoid hemorrhage, and developmental brain disorders.

Here's the reason why: Monosodium glutamate (MSG) and also Aspartame (NutraSweet), are excitotoxins. This means they 'excite' the brain cells and sometimes they over 'excite' the brain cells. If this happens over a period of time brain damage is the result. This type of brain damage can result in many neurological conditions that people have nowadays.

But Magnesium protects our brains from most of this damage.

But don't take my word for it. I found out by reading this book:

Excitotoxins The Taste that Kills by Russell L Blaylock, M.D.

And he is a neurosurgeon. He recommends that everyone take about 250 mg Magnesium every day. Especially since there are almost no side affects if you take a normal dose of Magnesium. Possibly a little diarrhea if you take too much.

A few of the many other things that Magnesium will improve are asthma, migraines, blood pressure, diabetes (carbohydrate metabolism), cardiovascular disease, osteoporosis (calcium).

So if you don't already take Magnesium supplement start as soon as you can.
